Celestial Dusting is one of the weapons that cannot be evolved along with Carréllo, La Robba, Greatest Jubilee, 108 Bocce, and Party Popper.This is referenced in Il Molise where Celestial Dusting heals the plants and still generating experience. One of the Celestial Brush techniques is Bloom, which revives plant life by drawing a circle around a dying one, generating Praise that is used to upgrade aspects of the character like max health and amount of ink pot used for the techniques.She can use her tail dipped in ink to stroke on a screenshot of the environment with different symbols and creates different effects, the techniques are called Celestial Brush, with "brush" being a synonym for "dusting".Celestial Dusting is a reference to the video game Okami, which features a white wolf goddess Amaterasu that leaves grass and flowers behind as she walks and runs.Since Celestial Dusting does not have an evolution, you don't need to worry about taking a specific passive item with it.Celestial Dusting will not actually damage the plants but heal them, you will still get some passive experience by healing the plants. There is an Easter egg if you play with it in Il Molise.If you have to stay still around a dense group of enemies, it can retain the faster fire rate from moving. Celestial Dusting ignores Projectile Speed bonuses outside of its level ups.Ĭelestial Dusting has a 0.3 second Hitbox Delay, meaning that the same enemy cannot be hit more often than every 0.3 seconds by the same flower. ![]() Movement Speed increases its overall spawn rate when moving, when the character stops it initiates the default Cooldown. While standing still, the flowers spawn immediately around your character but they do not move. While moving, it fires a flower opposite to your walking direction, which travels forward before disappearing. As they reach the end of their Duration, they slow down and shed petals in a small X shape, dealing additional damage to nearby enemies. Celestial Dusting fires flowers that bounce off of walls and obstacles, but pierce through an unlimited number of enemies. ![]()
